Delivery, Returns & Refunds Summary

Online ordering is only available in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Customers can order up to 5 of any one product line. For larger orders please call us on 01462 443 278.

If ordering a stock product with a longer lead time product (e.g. 7 to 10 days or 3 to 4 weeks) they will be sent as a combined shipment when ready, unless purchased as separate orders.

Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be made via our online Returns Authorisation Form

If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, complete a Returns Form within ten days of receiving the product. We will reimburse you for the original delivery charges you paid and any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item to us (provided the method of return has been agreed by us prior to return).

If you wish to return or exchange an item where we are not at fault, please complete a Returns Form within two days of receiving the product. We will reimburse you for the original delivery charges and the invoice value of the order but with a deduction of the thirty percent restocking charge. If a product is not returned in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
